Delivery price

The price of delivery of goods to the specified address in the territory of Lithuania using SST courier services is 5,00 Eur. The delivery price will be included in the total amount of the order.
Goods are not delivered to Curonian Spit.

Delivery time

Delivery is made via SST courier service on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm. It is not possible to specify a specific delivery time to the courier. Shipments are not delivered on weekends and public holidays.

If your order is in stock and payment has been received, or if you have chosen to pay in cash/card at the time of delivery, we will deliver the goods to the address you have specified or to a self-service parcel terminal within 1-5 working days*.

*Delivery may take up to 10 working days during the Christmas and holiday period.
*If the delivery address or contact details are incorrect, the delivery time may be longer.

Collection of goods in the physical store

Customers can also pick up their goods free of charge at the physical store of UAB "Detra AMA" at Gėlyno g. 14, Aleksandravo k., Marijampolė municipality, during the store opening hours. Please arrive only after confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

Delivery conditions

All goods are delivered by courier service to the address indicated in your order information. The courier will contact you on the telephone number provided in your order before delivery.

IMPORTANT

- If the item is delivered by special order, we will negotiate the delivery time separately.
- Delivery times for individual items may vary.
- You must check the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery.
- In the event of any damage to the consignment, it is obligatory to make a note of the damage in the presence of the courier or refuse to accept the consignment.
- Once the goods have been accepted and the bill of lading has been signed without remarks, the delivery is deemed to have been made in good order and without damage. This may make it difficult to deal with any claims for external damage to the goods. In any event, the obligations under the product warranty remain valid.
- If you pay in cash at the time of delivery, you must have the exact amount of cash specified in your order.

Return of goods

Quality goods purchased online may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the Buyer. To return the goods, the main condition must be that the packaging of the goods is intact and that the goods themselves are not damaged (not tested). If this condition is met, you must submit a free-form return request to return the goods. The Buyer's notification of the return of the goods shall be sent by email to info@detraama.lt.

Once we have received your request, we will contact you within 2 working days to arrange the return details. In the event of return of goods without fault of the Seller, the Buyer shall not be compensated for the return costs and shall not be reimbursed.

Once we have received the goods and we are satisfied that they are unused, we will refund the money to the account you specify within 5 days. If the packaging of the goods is damaged or if the goods have been used in a visually visible way, no refund will be given.
